Shipping, Returns & Exchanges
Everything you need to know about how your order gets to you, and how to return or exchange it if something isn't right.
Orders are delivered within 2 business days from the order date (excluding Fridays, as our shipping partner is closed).
Our courier will call you around midday on the delivery day to coordinate the exact handover time — please keep your phone reachable so your order reaches you as quickly as possible.
Delivery is available across Egypt, with rates calculated at checkout based on your governorate. Cash on delivery is available.
We want you to be fully happy with your order. You have two ways to return or exchange an item:
- At the moment of delivery You may open and check your order in front of the courier. If you'd like to exchange or return an item, you can do so right there before the courier leaves — you'll only need to cover the return shipping cost.
- Within 2 days of receiving your order If you'd like to return or exchange after the courier has left, contact us on WhatsApp or Instagram within 2 days of delivery. Our customer service team will arrange the return and confirm the next steps with you directly.
Condition required: items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached. Return shipping costs are covered by the customer.
Since our shipping partner can only deliver one size per order, we confirm your height, weight, and jeans size before confirming your order — please make sure to share accurate measurements so we get your fit right the first time. Check our Size Guide for reference.
